theCaseWork™ Welcomes Technology and Business Leader Randy Morris to Its Advisory Board
Veteran software executive, entrepreneur, and operational leader brings more than four decades of experience building technology, teams, and growing companies
PAYSON, UT, UNITED STATES, September 18, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- theCaseWork™, the AI-native client delivery and profitability platform for GRC consulting firms, today announced that Randy Morris has joined its advisory board. Morris brings extensive experience spanning software engineering, product development, executive leadership, sales, operations, and entrepreneurship.
Throughout his career, Morris has demonstrated a rare ability to bridge deeply technical product development with the commercial and operational disciplines required to build successful organizations. As an advisor, he will provide strategic guidance to theCaseWork’s leadership as the company continues to develop its platform, expand its market presence, and establish a new standard for managing complex professional-services engagements.
“Randy understands both sides of building a technology company: creating software that solves meaningful problems and building the organization required to bring that software to market,” said Bryce Holloway, founder and CEO of theCaseWork. “His experience as an engineer, product leader, operator, and entrepreneur gives him an unusually complete perspective. We’re excited to have his insight and mentorship as we enter our next stage of growth.”
Morris began his technology career in the 1980s and went on to hold engineering and leadership positions at organizations including WordPerfect/Novell, Lernout & Hauspie, ETI, csimsoft, Coreform, and Revver.
At WordPerfect/Novell, Morris served as Director of Engineering for the Advanced Technology Division, leading the integration of natural-language technologies into commercial products. His team developed the first browser-based spell checker, which was incorporated into Novell’s web-based email platform.
Morris later served as a senior product manager for text-based natural-language technologies, including spell-checking, grammar-checking, morphology, and machine-translation products. He subsequently became CEO and president of The Translation Group, where he helped unite human localization, machine translation, and web-content services while contributing to a $6.5 million financing round.
In 2007, Morris co-founded Computational Simulation Software, LLC, or csimsoft, to commercialize software developed with Sandia National Laboratories. As managing director, he helped grow the business from its inception to its acquisition by Coreform in 2019.
Following the acquisition, Morris served Coreform in several leadership capacities, including Manager of Product Development, Head of Sales, Chief Operating Officer, and Channel Manager. During his tenure, he helped introduce more structured software-development practices, mentored emerging leaders, managed key commercial relationships, and contributed to doubling the company’s direct sales in 2020.
“I’m excited to work with Bryce, Rhonda, and the team as they build theCaseWork,” said Morris. “They are addressing a persistent problem for consulting and professional-services firms: the disconnect between what is promised, how the work is delivered, and whether the engagement remains profitable. I look forward to sharing what I’ve learned from building software, developing teams, and growing technology businesses.”
Today, Morris supports emerging companies and experiments with new technologies while remaining active as a mentor and advisor. His appointment strengthens theCaseWork’s access to experienced guidance across product strategy, software development, operational scale, organizational leadership, and go-to-market execution.
